How many emails can I use for 1 IAM setup?

The customer is only allowed to use one email address to set up the IAM. The system does not allow email duplication.

If a customer has 3 data companies under 1 license name, how many IAMs are needed?

Currently, 1 License Name requires 1 Evo Lite (IAM) account.

If customer have Access UBS AIB, Payroll, POS, how many IAMs needed?

Currently, 1 License Name requires 1 Evo Lite (IAM) account.

Do I need to add Evo plan for Access UBS Payroll?

You are required to purchase either Access Evo Base / Standard. If you would like to use Access Evo features (eg Applause, Learning, Collaborate) and Leave Management (Express Leave).

Can I add on Evo Lite without renewing UBS Access Cover?

Evo related proucts can only be purchased with active UBS licenses.

New Business Subscription FAQ

Can customer purchase Access UBS Evo Accounting & Billing without Evo package?

No, Access UBS Product and Evo Package are sold together as a mandatory bundle. Cannot be purchased or removed individually.

Can customer purchase Access Evo Lite at Flat Rate RM 195 before 31 August 2025?

No, All Evo products for new business / new purchase shall be quoted at original SRP.

What happened if customer do not want to renew the Access Cover?

Customers will no longer be able to enter new transaction & submit eInvoices after the UBS license expires but can still view historical transaction / data.

Note: UBS Perpetual licenses will transition to subscription based licensing (in future) for all new business involving Evo.
